Honestly,I don’t think so.
There are a lot more reasons than even I have put out there.
It would be great if there were a few examples of quality recruiting that I could see.
I bet they are few and far between if at all.
It’s easy to sit back and rant about was is and never will work.
It’s even harder to actually do it and do it right.
