Do you always get a written representation agreement?
Of course the same holds true for a partnership agreement?
Should you always represent yourself in court?
And while you’re at it just practice law outside the courtroom.
It’s just basic business and generally accepted to use generic standard contracts.
No need to review any contracts especially when you are the managing broker.
