  • I wish Xceligent was making better headway in competing with CoStar. They seem to have stagnated in expansion. Too bad as competition is needed. Now that CoStar and Loopnet have merged databases, more expense to the broker. Maybe the MLS will be the next player, as our local commercial group just integrated with the residential organization. There are economies of sharing information and building on a tested platform.
