A Quantum Listings Update And How They Are Building The Tribe.

August may have been the month of lazy beach vacations, but we’ve been busy here at QuantumListing.

Over the past month, we’ve implemented a bunch of improvements on the site, including integration with Buildout, brokerage marketing software. Now with just a click of a box, you can add your listings from Buildout to QuantumListing. You can read about the Buildout integration here.

We also introduced a new sidebar on your profile page. As the number of QuantumListing features grew, the old sidebar kept growing longer and longer. Therefore, we decided to implement a new sidebar that compartmentalizes our many features in folders. For instance, now all the social aspects of QuantumListing are grouped together, so if you want to see your Followers, who you’re following, and your Stream, you click on the Social dropdown menu, and they all appear. On the blog, we’ve kept producing the quality content that got QuantumListing named one of the Top 10+ Blogs of 2017 by The Broker List and one of Duke Long’s 50 Commercial Real Estate Blogs You Must Read.

In early August, we began the Quantum Lister user profile series. In these interviews, we ask some of the leading listers on the site about their industry experience, where they think CRE is going, and some of their favorite technological tools. MEET THE QUANTUMLISTING TRIBE

Learn about the 4 different QuantumListing user types: Navigators, Hunters, Gatherers, and Chieftains.

Every QuantumListing user is unique. They post their own listings, form their own connections, and make their own deals.

Together all our users create the QuantumListing tribe, a powerful cohesive unit that drives the whole QuantumListing network to success. Within our tribe, we have identified 4 distinct user types: the navigator, the hunter, the gatherer, and the chieftain.

Learn about all the user types that make up the QuantumListing tribe below:

The Navigator
The Navigator understands QuantumListing’s power to scale itself for national, regional, and local searches. Using our detailed search filters, our Navigators search for the perfect property in our network based on criteria such as price, square feet, and asset type, among others. If a navigator wants to make a home base before embarking on a search journey, they can set a default search location to serve as their base of operations.

The Hunter
The Hunter identifies their target, another QuantumListing user, and pursues. Hunters already know the other QuantumListing users that they’re interested in, and use the Follow function to track the user and their activity. By using the Follow function, Hunters can see all the posts from the people they follow on the Following tab on their Profile Page. The Hunter strikes and reaches out to make the connection when they see a tasty looking listing from someone they’re following.

The Gatherer
The Gatherer might not know exactly who to track like the Hunter, but they have general ideas about the properties and users they’re interested in. They find listings they like by utilizing the QuantumListing Networks, either in Networks, they’re already members of or by joining new networks. Gatherers then save promising listings to their “Saved Listings” folder on their profile for use later on. They act on the listings they’ve saved when the time is right.

The Chieftain
The Chieftains are the leaders of the QuantumListing tribe. They begin their own Groups, bringing like-minded other users together, be it based on geographic region or interest area. They also create Enterprise accounts, bringing multiple users together from across their business into a QuantumListing brokerage team. These Chieftains are some of our most prolific users, posting tens of listings, with a few even posting more than 100!
